I started my real estate career in 1997, investing in my first commercial property when I was just out of college. Ten years later, as my property portfolio expanded, I started Firepoint Properties with my late friend, Mark Alosa.
In pursuit of the vision Mark and I had, today, Firepoint Properties is comprised of commercial and residential rental properties in the Concord, NH area, as well as vacation rentals in Florida, Vermont, Maine, and New Hampshire.
My interests in real estate development grow exponentially each year and have resulted in a number of successful "fix and flips" and land development projects throughout New England.
Firepoint Properties manages its own rentals and is always seeking new opportunities to continue to cultivate real estate opportunities.

Our Vacation Rentals are located in New Hampshire, Maine, Vermont and Florida.
Seasonal cottage located on the quiet shores of Lake JoSylvia. Built in 1944 this 2 bed, 1 bath summer camp is approx. 600sf. set on 1.4 acres with 60' of private lake frontage. Enjoy kayaking, boating, and fishing on the lake, hiking on nearby trails, or simply reading a book on the screened in wrap around porch while listening for the majestic loon calls.
